"Checkout was okay, honestly a little clunky"
The site was fine overall, but the checkout felt a bit clunky. I was able to get through it, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.

"A lot of what I wanted wasn’t available"
I was browsing the site the other night after dinner, just trying to place a quick order before I forgot, but most of the listings I clicked on were out of stock. Kind of frustrating because I had already picked out a few things in my head, and then one after another they weren’t available.

I was mostly just comparing prices, and Thoroughbred Armco ended up being one of the better options I found. The value felt fair for what I got, and I didn’t feel like I was paying extra for no reason. Checkout was simple enough, and the pricing matched what I expected. I’d pretty much use them again if the price stays like this.

"Helpful support with one small delay"
I reached out with a couple of questions and, they got back to me quickly most of the time. One reply took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but when they did respond, everything was clear, friendly, and polite. Overall, I felt well taken care of and had a really positive experience with their customer service
